Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated: 10 July 2026. This Policy applies to every TJ NOVA LTD Service and forms part of our Terms of Service. The English version is authoritative; the complete Chinese translation is provided for convenience.

1. General rule

You may use a Service only lawfully, safely, honestly and for its intended purpose. You are responsible for submitted content, account activity, generated outputs you choose to use and compliance with laws and third-party rights. Attempts to do prohibited acts are prohibited even if they do not succeed.

2. Illegal, harmful or abusive conduct

You must not use a Service to facilitate or promote:

• crime, fraud, sanctions evasion, money laundering, deceptive commerce or unlawful financial activity;
• violence, credible threats, terrorism, exploitation, trafficking, self-harm encouragement or instructions intended to cause real-world injury;
• harassment, stalking, bullying, hate, discrimination, doxxing, sexual exploitation or non-consensual intimate content;
• child sexual abuse material, sexualisation or exploitation of minors, or grooming;
• impersonation, phishing, misleading identity claims, counterfeit goods or materially deceptive content;
• unlawful weapons, controlled substances or other prohibited goods and services.

3. Security and system integrity

Do not introduce malware; probe, scan or exploit systems without written authorisation; access accounts or data without permission; intercept traffic; disable safeguards; evade authentication, rate, usage, geographic or payment controls; overload infrastructure; automate abusive requests; or conceal the source of malicious activity. Good-faith vulnerability research must stay within an expressly authorised scope and be reported to security@tjnovaltd.com.

4. Credentials and sensitive data

Do not submit private keys, passwords, secret tokens, full payment-card data, government identity documents, medical records or sensitive account credentials through public pages unless a product expressly provides a secure channel for that data. Do not buy, sell, share, test or exploit credentials obtained without authorisation.

5. Intellectual property, privacy and personal data

Do not submit, generate, distribute or commercialise content that infringes copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, confidentiality or database rights. Obtain required licences and consent for images, voices, personal data, reviews, resumes and other third-party material. Do not use a Service to build unlawful surveillance, facial-recognition or profiling datasets.

6. AI and automation

Do not use AI or automation to deceive people about a material fact, create unauthorised impersonations, make prohibited high-impact decisions, generate abusive content at scale, evade platform safeguards or replace legally required professional judgment. Review outputs before use. Respect provider policies, model restrictions and attribution or licence requirements.

OnePass Visibility OS: OnePass reads public page signals only and runs read-only: it never writes to, submits to, or authenticates against the site being scanned. Rankings, real AI citations, traffic, revenue and conversion lift cannot be proven by a page scan and are reported as UNKNOWN rather than scored. Do not use OnePass to probe systems you do not own or are not authorised to test.

7. Commerce and payment systems

Do not use checkout, order, refund or billing workflows for card testing, false disputes, chargeback abuse, laundering, unauthorised payment collection, sale of prohibited goods or manipulation of prices, taxes, discounts or fulfilment records. TJ NOVA LTD does not operate as a bank, wallet, money transmitter or regulated payment service provider. Payment execution remains with third-party providers or the disclosed manual-payment route.

8. Product-specific safety

Follow health, age, hardware, battery, candle, shipping, customs, tattoo and product-use warnings. Medical, legal, tax, employment, safety and certification tools or statements must not be treated as professional advice or verified certification unless expressly stated. Fictional game language, including takeover, blackout, combat or device mechanics, must not be converted into real-world harmful instructions.

9. Fair access and platform rules

Do not evade quotas, create accounts to bypass limits, scrape contrary to displayed controls or provider terms, resell access without permission, interfere with other users, or use excessive automated traffic that degrades a Service. API and automation users must identify themselves where requested and obey documented limits.

10. Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations and preserve relevant records. Depending on severity, we may warn, remove content, limit features, block transactions, suspend or terminate accounts, revoke credits, refuse discretionary refunds, notify an affected provider or rights holder, or report conduct to authorities where required or reasonably necessary. We consider context, intent, impact, repetition and remediation, and may act immediately to address urgent risk.

11. Reporting and appeal

Report vulnerabilities, phishing, impersonation, malware, illegal content or serious abuse to security@tjnovaltd.com with the affected URL, time, impact and supporting evidence. Do not send live passwords or exploit unrelated systems. To appeal an enforcement action, reply to the notice or contact info@tjnovaltd.com with the account and decision reference.

12. Changes

We may update this Policy as products, risks, provider rules or law change. The current version and update date will remain on this page. Material changes to an ongoing paid Service will receive additional notice where required.
