Refund Policy
Cancellations, refunds and billing corrections for digital content, services, custom work, subscriptions, pre-orders and physical goods.
Last updated: 10 July 2026. This Policy forms part of our Terms of Service. The English version is authoritative; the complete Chinese translation is provided for convenience. Nothing in this Policy limits statutory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
1. How to request a refund or cancellation
Email support@tjnovaltd.com with the product name, account email, order or transaction reference, purchase date, reason and relevant evidence. Do not send passwords or full payment-card numbers. We aim to acknowledge the request within 5 business days, although investigation may take longer where a provider, shipment or technical record must be checked.
2. Statutory rights
Consumers may have rights where goods are faulty or not as described, digital content is faulty, or services are not supplied with reasonable care and skill. Depending on location and product type, consumers may also have a cooling-off period for distance contracts. These rights apply regardless of narrower commercial eligibility stated below.
3. Digital content and immediate supply
For downloads, generated files, access keys, reports and other digital content, any statutory right to cancel may end once supply begins if you expressly consented to immediate supply and acknowledged the resulting loss of the cancellation right. If those conditions were not met, your statutory cancellation right remains available as required by law. Faulty or materially misdescribed digital content remains eligible for the remedies required by law.
Outside mandatory rights, completed downloads, delivered reports, generated outputs and consumed usage credits are normally non-refundable because they cannot be returned. If access fails because of our system, contact support so we can restore access, redeliver or provide an appropriate remedy.
4. Services and custom work
You may request cancellation before work begins for a full refund of the unperformed service. If you asked us to start during a statutory cancellation period, we may deduct a proportionate amount for work supplied up to cancellation where law permits. Once custom work has been completed or materially performed, fees are normally non-refundable except for defects, failure to follow the agreed brief or other rights required by law.
Revision limits, acceptance criteria, client dependencies and delivery windows stated in a product page, order form or statement of work apply. A change of preference after delivery is not by itself a defect.
5. Subscriptions and usage credits
Cancellation stops future renewal when completed before the next billing date. It does not normally refund the current billing period, but access continues until that period ends unless the Service states otherwise. Unused credits are refundable only where the purchase terms or law require it. We will correct duplicate renewals and billing errors after verification.
6. Physical goods
Where a statutory distance-selling cancellation right applies, consumers may generally notify us within 14 days after receiving goods and return them within the following 14 days. Goods must be handled only as reasonably necessary to inspect them; we may deduct for diminished value caused by excessive handling. Unless goods are faulty, misdescribed or the product page says otherwise, the customer bears return postage. Original standard outbound delivery is refunded where law requires, but premium delivery upgrades need not be.
Exceptions may apply to personalised or made-to-order goods, sealed goods unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed, perishable goods and other categories defined by law. Faulty, damaged or incorrect goods should be reported promptly with photographs and packaging details. Do not return an unsafe battery or damaged electrical item before receiving handling instructions.
7. Pre-orders
A pre-order may be cancelled for a full refund before dispatch unless clearly disclosed customisation has begun and law permits a proportionate deduction or cancellation exception. If we cancel the product or cannot supply it within a revised timeframe you accept, we will offer cancellation and refund. VIGIL remains a final engineering sample with certification not yet completed; pre-order communications must not be read as confirmation of completed CE, FCC or RoHS certification.
8. Knowledge GEO Atlas and time-bound reports
The stated Knowledge GEO Atlas offer is $99 and delivered within 24 hours after completed intake. Before intake is submitted or work begins, cancellation is eligible for a full refund. After work begins, any refund may be reduced by the proportion already performed where lawful. After a conforming report is delivered, the fee is normally non-refundable except for material non-conformity or mandatory rights. No refund is due solely because traffic, indexing, AI citation or ranking did not improve, because those outcomes are not guaranteed.
9. Failed payments, duplicate charges and chargebacks
If a payment fails, duplicates or appears incorrect, contact support promptly. TJ NOVA LTD does not operate as a bank, wallet, money transmitter or regulated payment service provider. Payments and reversals are executed by third-party payment providers or through the applicable manual-payment route. We will verify our order records and request correction from the provider where appropriate.
You retain any right to dispute a transaction with your payment provider. Contacting us first may produce a faster correction. We may suspend the associated account while a chargeback or fraud report is investigated and provide order evidence to the provider, but we will not penalise a good-faith exercise of statutory rights.
10. Refund method and timing
Approved refunds are normally returned to the original payment method and currency. Provider processing and bank settlement times are outside our control and can take up to 10 business days after approval, sometimes longer for international or manual routes. Where the original route cannot receive a refund, we will agree a lawful alternative after identity and ownership checks.
11. Abuse and contact
We may refuse a discretionary refund where there is evidence of fraud, material policy abuse, repeated consumption followed by refund requests, or misuse of access, while preserving mandatory rights. Product, order and refund support: support@tjnovaltd.com.

2. 法定权利
商品有缺陷或与描述不符、数字内容有缺陷、服务未以合理技能和谨慎提供时,消费者可能享有法定权利。根据所在地和产品类型,远程合同还可能有冷静期。无论下述商业退款资格如何,这些权利仍然适用。
3. 数字内容与即时供应
对于下载、生成文件、访问密钥、报告和其他数字内容,如您明确同意立即供应并确认因此丧失取消权,法定取消权可能在供应开始时终止。若这些条件未满足,您的法定取消权按法律要求继续有效。有缺陷或实质性描述不符的数字内容仍可获得法律要求的救济。
除强制性权利外,已完成下载、已交付报告、已生成输出和已消耗额度通常不可退款,因为无法退回。如因我们的系统导致无法访问,请联系支持,我们会恢复访问、重新交付或提供适当救济。
4. 服务与定制工作
工作开始前申请取消,可退还尚未履行服务的全部费用。如您要求在法定取消期内开始工作,法律允许时我们可扣除截至取消时已提供部分的合理费用。定制工作完成或实质履行后通常不可退款,但缺陷、未遵循约定需求或法律要求的其他权利除外。
产品页面、订单表或工作说明中的修改次数、验收标准、客户配合事项和交付周期适用。交付后单纯改变偏好本身不构成缺陷。
5. 订阅与使用额度
在下一个计费日前完成取消会停止未来续费,通常不退还当前计费周期,但除非服务另有说明,访问可持续到周期结束。未使用额度仅在购买条款或法律要求时退款。经核验后,我们会更正重复续费和账单错误。
6. 实物商品
如适用远程销售法定取消权,消费者通常可在收到商品后 14 天内通知取消,并在之后 14 天内退回。商品仅可进行合理检查;因超出合理检查的使用造成价值降低时,我们可依法扣减。除商品有缺陷、描述不符或产品页面另有说明外,退货邮费由客户承担。法律要求时退还原始标准配送费,但无需退还加急配送升级费用。
个性化或定制商品、拆封后因健康或卫生原因不宜退回的密封商品、易腐商品及法律规定的其他类别可能例外。有缺陷、破损或发错的商品应及时报告,并提供照片和包装信息。危险电池或损坏电器在收到处理说明前不要寄回。
7. 预购
发货前可全额取消预购,但已明确披露的定制工作开始且法律允许按比例扣减或适用取消例外的情况除外。如我们取消产品,或无法在您接受的修订期限内供应,我们会提供取消和退款。VIGIL 当前仍是最终工程样机且尚未完成认证;预购通信不得理解为已完成 CE、FCC 或 RoHS 认证。
8. Knowledge GEO Atlas 与限时报告
Knowledge GEO Atlas 所述价格为 99 美元,在完成资料提交后 24 小时内交付。资料提交或工作开始前取消可全额退款。工作开始后,法律允许时退款可按已完成比例扣减。符合约定的报告交付后通常不可退款,但实质性不符合或强制性权利除外。流量、收录、AI 引用或排名未提升本身不构成退款理由,因为这些结果不作保证。
9. 付款失败、重复扣款与拒付
付款失败、重复或疑似错误时,请及时联系支持。TJ NOVA LTD 不作为银行、钱包、汇款机构或受监管支付服务提供商运营。付款和撤销由第三方支付服务商执行,或通过适用的人工付款渠道完成。我们会核对订单记录,并在适当时请求服务商更正。
您保留向支付服务商提出交易争议的权利;先联系我们通常可以更快更正。在拒付或欺诈报告调查期间,我们可暂停相关账户并向服务商提供订单证据,但不会因善意行使法定权利而处罚您。
10. 退款方式与时间
获批退款通常按原支付方式和币种退回。支付服务商处理和银行入账时间不受我们控制,批准后可能需要最多 10 个工作日,国际或人工渠道可能更久。如原渠道无法接收退款,我们会在核验身份和所有权后约定合法替代方式。
11. 滥用与联系
如有欺诈、重大政策滥用、反复消费后申请退款或滥用访问的证据,我们可拒绝酌情退款,但仍保留强制性权利。产品、订单与退款支持:support@tjnovaltd.com。
