Terms of Service
The contract governing access to and use of TJ NOVA LTD products, tools, content, orders and services.
Last updated: 10 July 2026. These Terms of Service (the Terms) form a contract between you and TJ NOVA LTD, a company registered in England and Wales under Company No. 17308318, with registered office at 124-128 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom (TJ NOVA, we, us or our). By accessing or using a Service, creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
The English version is authoritative. The Chinese translation is provided for convenience; if the texts differ, the English version controls to the extent permitted by applicable law.
1. Scope and product-specific terms
These Terms apply to our websites, applications, APIs, dashboards, software tools, subscriptions, digital products, reports, custom work, checkout pages, billing workflows, pre-orders and physical goods (together, the Services). A product page, order form, licence, statement of work or additional policy may contain product-specific terms. If there is a conflict, the product-specific terms control for that product, followed by these Terms.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must have legal capacity to enter into this contract. If you use a Service for an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to bind it. You must provide accurate information, protect account credentials, use multi-factor authentication where available and promptly report suspected unauthorised access. You are responsible for activity under your account unless caused by our failure to use reasonable care.
Services directed at adults are not intended for children under 13. Users under 18 may use a Service only where lawful and with permission from a parent or guardian. Product-specific age limits and safety rules still apply.
3. Orders, prices and payment boundary
An order is an offer to buy. We may accept it by sending confirmation, beginning agreed work, supplying digital content or dispatching goods. Prices, currency, taxes, delivery charges, renewal terms and material restrictions are shown at or before checkout. You must provide accurate billing information and are responsible for applicable taxes unless the checkout says they are included.
TJ NOVA LTD does not operate as a bank, wallet, money transmitter or regulated payment service provider. Where checkout is available, card payments are processed by Stripe inside Stripe’s hosted or protected flow; Alipay and WeChat Pay are handled directly by those providers. TJ NOVA LTD is the merchant of record for its own sales and does not act as a merchant of record for anyone else. Payment providers process payment credentials under their own terms. We may receive transaction references, status, amount, currency and limited billing details, but we do not intentionally store full payment-card numbers on our servers.
Failed or reversed payments may delay delivery or suspend paid access. Suspected duplicate or incorrect charges should be reported to info@tjnovaltd.com. Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund Policy and any non-excludable statutory rights.
4. Subscriptions, credits and cancellation
If a subscription renews automatically, the billing interval and price will be disclosed before purchase. You may cancel future renewal through the available account controls or by contacting support before the renewal date. Cancellation stops future renewal but does not normally reverse a completed billing period. Usage credits may expire or be consumed as stated when purchased and have no cash value unless law requires otherwise.
5. Licence and intellectual property
We and our licensors retain all rights in the Services, software, interfaces, trademarks, documentation and pre-existing materials. Subject to these Terms and payment of applicable fees, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service for its stated purpose. You may not copy, resell, sublicense, scrape, reverse engineer, remove rights notices or create a competing service except where applicable law expressly permits it.
You retain rights in content you submit. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, process, transmit, reproduce and modify that content only as reasonably needed to provide, secure, support and improve the requested Service, comply with law and enforce these Terms. You confirm that you have the rights and permissions required for submitted content.
6. AI, local tools and third-party services
AI-assisted outputs can be inaccurate, incomplete, non-unique or unsuitable. You must review outputs before relying on, publishing or using them and must check legality, rights, safety and professional requirements. Unless expressly stated, a Service does not provide medical, legal, tax, financial or other regulated professional advice.
Some tools process files locally in the browser; others use third-party AI, hosting, analytics, authentication, email, storage or payment providers. Provider availability, pricing, policies and outputs are outside our control. Third-party terms may apply, and you must not use a Service to bypass them.
7. Acceptable use
You must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy. In particular, do not violate law or rights, interfere with systems, distribute malware, misuse credentials, evade limits, submit content you do not have permission to use or use a Service to facilitate harm, fraud, harassment or abuse.
8. Availability, changes and beta features
We aim to operate the Services with reasonable skill and care, but uninterrupted or error-free availability is not guaranteed. We may maintain, update, limit, replace or discontinue features. Beta, demo, prototype, concept, pre-order and local-tool labels describe non-final or limited states; features, storage, compatibility, pricing and availability may change. We will provide reasonable notice where a material change adversely affects a paid ongoing Service, where practicable.
9. Consumer rights, refunds and delivery
Nothing in these Terms removes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights relating to goods, digital content and services that are faulty, not as described or not supplied with reasonable care and skill. Statutory cancellation rights may differ for digital content, services, custom work and physical goods. See our Refund Policy for the process and product categories.
10. Disclaimers
Except for express promises in these Terms and rights that cannot be excluded, the Services are supplied on an "as available" basis. We do not promise that outputs will achieve employment, health, commercial, traffic, ranking, creative, certification or other outcomes. Estimates, scores, forecasts, generated content and illustrative metrics are not guarantees.
11. Liability
We do not exclude or limit liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. If you are a consumer, we are responsible for losses that are a foreseeable result of our breach or failure to use reasonable care, but not for business losses arising from consumer use.
If you use a Service for business purposes, to the maximum extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, revenue, business, goodwill, anticipated savings or data. Our aggregate liability arising from the affected Service will not exceed the fees you paid for that Service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply where law prohibits them.
12. Suspension and termination
You may stop using a Service at any time. We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to address security risk, non-payment, unlawful conduct, material breach, provider requirements or harm to users or systems. We may terminate for material breach that is not remedied after reasonable notice, or immediately where the breach cannot be remedied or urgent action is required. Provisions concerning payment, ownership, disclaimers, liability and disputes survive termination.

14. General terms and governing law
We may update these Terms prospectively. Material changes will be identified by a revised date and, for paid ongoing Services, reasonable notice where required. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue. A delay in enforcing a right is not a waiver. You may not assign this contract without our consent; we may assign it as part of a reorganisation or transfer of the relevant business, provided your rights are not reduced.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, mandatory protections and courts available in your home jurisdiction remain available where applicable. Otherwise, the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.

You remain responsible for your own decisions and for obtaining independent professional advice where appropriate.
Services and tools are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, TJ NOVA LTD excludes all implied warranties and shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, loss of profit, revenue, data or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Outcomes described on this site are illustrative and are not guaranteed. No result, ranking, approval, recovery or saving is promised.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. Consumers retain the mandatory protections of the law of their country of residence.
